Before Nicki, Lil Kim was controversial (and don't even get Kim started on Nicki). She was on the cover of PAPER back in 1996 and, trust me, we got reactions. She wasn't afraid to tell it like it is. Doubters (and candy lovers) need to watch today's oldie-but-goodie video for "How Many Licks?" The song came out in the summer of 2000 and by Christmas, the dolls featured in this video were sold-out across the country. (Just kidding, but they would have been a great promo item: "Collect all three. Taste the difference.")
