An Evening With Tom Kalin and Doveman at MoMA
Filmmaker Tom Kalin and musician Thomas Bartlett (aka Doveman) first teamed up back in 2009, when Kalin began making short films inspired by Doveman's 2009 album The Conformist. Since then, the two have gone on to collaborate on projects that "explore the intersection of live music and projected film." The two discuss (and show) their collaboration this evening at MoMA as part of the museum's Modern Mondays series.
The Museum of Modern Art, The Roy and Niuta Titus Theater 2, 11 W. 53rd St. 7 p.m. $12.
