Unfortunately, MoMA PS1's first annual Artists' Halloween Carnival and Parade yesterday was cut short due to the storm, but still happened for a small group
for a few hours before the MTA shut down. Artists made their Halloween looks at a workshop earlier in the afternoon, and then showed off their costumes in a parade around the museum. And as if Sunday's calm before the
storm couldn't have gotten any weirder, enter costume contest judges Klaus Biesenbach and Courtney
Love in evening attire to pick the winner (her accessories included thick-lensed eyeglasses
