You look like you could use a hug. Luckily, this Friday, on behalf of shopping website Shoptiques.com, five models will be giving out free hugs (and Shoptiques.com shirts) across Manhattan as part of their Shoptiques <3 NY event. The website, launched this past spring by 26-year-old Harvard Business School grad Olga Vidisheva, is a curated shopping aggregator of sorts, bringing together small, local boutiques from around the world, to one online destination.The huggers will embark at 11 a.m. from SoHo at the corner of Spring and Broadway and then move on to Washington Square Park to Union Square to Times Square, before ending at Columbus Circle. It won't be hard to find the models since they'll be wearing bright pink shirts. But if you just know that you'll want a hug (let's keep it un-creepy people!) then you can book one in advance and/or "track a model" here.
