This past April, Feist and Mastodon teamed up to create "Feistodon," releasing a split-single during Record Store Day featuring Feist covering Mastodon's "Black Tongue" and the rockers covering the singer's "A Commotion" (hence the portmanteau). For those who missed out on the exclusive, fear not: the 7" vinyl single was released again yesterday via Cherrytree/Interscope and Warner Bros. Records.
Cooler still is the interactive music video accompanying "A Commotion" where viewers can crossfade between Feist's version and the Mastodon cover, creating their own mixes in the process.
