NYC's bicycle messengers are about to get the action-hero treatment with the August 24th release of Premium Rush, which has a trailer featuring a lot of X-TREME RAWK (so maybe turn down the volume on your computer before you click play). The film was directed by David Koepp (Mission: Impossible, Spider-Man) and stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Michael Shannon, Dania Ramirez and Jamie Chung, with Levitt playing a messenger named Wilee with a mysterious package that's wanted by the bad guys. It looks like a cross between Speed and Crank. With bikes.
