V Magazineoffered us a preview of their Winter 2015/16 edition called "Born to be Brad," where Angelina Jolie's husband (Brad Pitt) "channels '70s style icon Robert Redford for a shoot with Inez & Vidoodh."The result has the 51-year-old megastar looking tender as hell.
Getting serious Thelma & Louise Brad vibes
Pitt shot the cover -- styled by David Vandewall -- to promote his upcoming drama, By the Sea, which he stars in alongside his wife (who also wrote and directed it). The Pitts play a couple who head to the French Riviera to mend their melting marriage, only to spend the whole time writhing around on vast beds and solemnly watching window curtains sway in the Mediterranean breeze with half-opened mouths.
Angie did her part in promoting the film, casually deciding to grace this month's cover of Vogue; Brad and their children were included in the shoot.
These snaps of Mr. Pitt are certainly not a family affair, and that is perfectly fine.
By the Sea is out November 13, 2015.
