Vinny, he of Jersey Shore fame, and one of our 2012 Beautiful People, will be discussing and signing copies of his new self-help tome Control the Crazy: My Plan to Stop Stressing, Avoid Drama, and Maintain Inner Cool. Two of our favorite Merge Records-ers -- Eleanor Friedberger (the female half of the Fiery Furnaces who released a jaunty solo debut "Last Summer," appropriately enough, last summer) and ebullient guitar-rock trio Hospitality -- take to the Bell House stage tonight.

At tonight's food truck and beer blow-out sponsored by Brooklyn Brewery and food magazine Edible Brooklyn, 40 bucks will get you a five-course, food truck-cooked meal (featuring goodies from the Red Hook Lobster Pound, Feed Your Hole, Coolhaus, among others), paired with Brooklyn Brewery brewmaster's Garrett Oliver's creations.
