We've already declared Rita Ora, one of PAPER's 2012 Beautiful People and we'd like to bestow her another accolade: contender for Song of the Summer. After hearing Ora's Biggie-borrowing tune, "How We Do (Party)," a few times and watching the accompanying video, we're placing bets now that this will be a summer jam you'll listen to while cruising in the car, sun roof open, windows down and radio blasting (or, in our case, while riding the subway, sweaty, claustrophobic and in need of oxygen, but hey).
