Josephine Meckseper is one of Papermag's favorite artists. Samantha Mathis is one of Papermag's favorite actresses. Thus, we asked the two (who also appeared in our She's Got Balls fashion spread) to fill us in on Meckseper's new public art installation, Manhattan Oil Project, featuring giant oil rigs set up in a vacant lot near Times Square. Here, Mathis chats with Meckseper as well as Cynthia Rowley and Richard Phillips about the project for PAPERTV.
