No one rocked harder than feminist grunge punk quartet L7. The band, featuring Donita Sparks, Suzi Gardner, Jennifer Finch and Dee Plakas, produced some of the best, monster-riffed rage anthems of the '90s grunge era. They were loud, tough and dirty, and singer Donita Sparks pulling out her bloody tampon mid-show at the 1992 Reading Festival and flinging it at mud-slinging hecklers remains the Grungiest Moment of All Time. Disbanded since 2001, the group hinted at a reunion tour with their original line-up back in December. Today, they announced upcoming tour dates in Europe as well as a Kickstarter campaign to help fund filmmaker Sarah Price's documentary on the band and their place in history as one of the most influential -- but mostly ignored (we'll give you one guess as to why) -- bands of the grunge era. Watch the Kickstarter video above for Price's documentary and check L7's site tomorrow, when more tour dates will be announced.
