Last night Jimmy Fallon had One Direction come by to participate in his classroom instruments concert series. The guys, along with Jimmy and The Roots, performed "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town" with triangles, wood blocks, tiny keyboards, kazoos, tambourines and more -- all while wearing ugly Christmas sweaters. The result is really cute and will get even the grinch-iest hater into the holiday spirit.
