FKA twigs has made a name for herself for a lot of reasons -- her soulful-yet-ethereal voice, her distinct style, her dancing -- but perhaps one of the biggest is her cinematic, no-holds barred videos, which have featured everything from black-and-white scenes exploring submission and control to Queen of the Damned-style theatrics. Today the UK singer has released a new clip for "Video Girl," off her debut album LP1 and it may be her boldest production yet. Directed by Kahlil Joseph, the video shows twigs alternately dancing and watching a prisoner receive a lethal injection and at one point the music fades away completely and we see a man whose grills are covered in blood. Give it a watch, above.
