"You can choose to call me a gay rapper, you can choose to not even call me a rapper if you want to, it doesn't matter, I'm a punk, a creative punk and I'm going to continue to create and entertain without boundaries," he asserts in a press statement for his newest release, Gay Dog Food.
The new experimental mixtape is leading up to Mykki Blanco's 2015 debut album. Gay Dog Food, out from UNO NYC on October 28th, is a collage of the artist's many influences, including a track with Riot Grrrl pioneer Kathleen Hanna.
