Back in December, we spotted Pharrell scoping out the goods at the new Manhattan location of Rei Kawakubo's concept store, Dover Street Market, and at the time we didn't think anything of it but now we're wondering if he was getting any inspiration (or taking any meetings) for his new fragrance. Announced today, the producer is teaming up with Kawakubo's Comme des Garçons on a scent named after his recently-released album, G I R L. It's the first time the fashion house has collaborated on a fragrance with a musician and there's still no word on what notes we'll find in the unisex scent. We hear more details about G I R L will come out this spring and bottles will be available for purchase in September.
