British indie rockers Metronomy have teamed up with acclaimed French
director Michel Gondry to release a cute new video for the band's single
"Love Letters." While Gondry (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Be Kind Rewind) is no stranger to making music videos -- he's previously worked with Bjork, The White Stripes, Beck,
and more -- "Love Letters" is his first music video since 2011. And it
was worth the wait. Shot all in one take, the clip features the band
jubilantly performing in some sort of trippy box-cum-DIY recording
studio. Think of it as a kitschy modern art exhibit-meets old-school
jam sesh.
