CocoRosie's new video for Tales Of A GrassWidow track "Child Bride" is a beautifully stylized clip depicting exactly what the song title suggests -- a child bride preparing to marry a much older man. Though it deals with a deeply uncomfortable subject, the video is absolutely transfixing; throughout the footage, the young actress lip syncs to lyrics like "It is hard to tell whose little girl am I / The man with the black hat will take me home tonight," which are sung in Bianca Casady's distinctive, child-like whisper, and the vaguely medieval-looking costumes and remote, wooded setting give the whole thing a gothic, fairytale feel.
