The Top 10 Hottest People Amanda Bynes Has Accused of Being Ugly

As we all know, Amanda Bynes, adrift in a world of wigs, court appearances and Twitter meltdowns, has taken to calling celebrities ugly out of the blue. No one is safe -- not Jay-Z, not Jason Biggs and not even the girl who came in at #1 on Maxim's Hot 100 List, Miley Cyrus. It was tough, but we've selected the top ten hottest people (in no particular order) who Amanda Bynes wouldn't mind dropping a bong on.
