Brooklyn-by-way-of-Chicago (by way of Moscow) producer Slava is gearing up for the release of his debut LP Raw Solutions (out 4/23) and, to tide fans over, has just dropped the video for "Werk." Set to the song's pulsating house beats and heavy synths, the video shows Slava crunching numbers inside an office (complete with an assistant who looks like she could be straight from an Opening Ceremony lookbook serving him vodka on ice -- how Mad Men) when suddenly the boundaries between cyber space and real life get blurred. The DJ appears to enter the virtual reality he's been tinkering with on his computer and is joined by writhing dancer-gymnast cyborgs leaping, twerking and lunging along the Information Superhighway. The whole thing gives us hyper-stylized Nadia Comaneci-meets-"1984" Apple commercial vibes. Watch it above.
