While a lot of us (in particular Melena Ryzek over at the New York Times) were really rooting for a Bridesmaids best picture nom, it wasn't to be. But! It was nominated for best screenplay AND we were so so so pleased to see that B'maids star Melissa McCarthy received a best supporting actress nod for her turn as Megan. The heat from her undercarriage must be on full blast right now. Congrats, Melissa!
