If you live on the East Coast, we can't think of a better way to pass the time in this post-Hurricane Sandy limbo than making crafts and watching YouTube videos (and, even if you're not in the Frankenstorm's wake, we still think those happen to be pretty great activities for any occasion/lunch break).
