The xx's new album, Coexist, goes straight onto the pop album chart this week at #5! Nice! Over on the singles chart, Psy's "Gangnam Style," shot all the way up from #25 to #4, following several TV appearances including The Ellen DeGeneres Show (he taught Ellen and Britney Spears to do "the Horse Riding Dance") and Saturday Night Live's hilarious "Lids" sketch. Also, it looks like everybody's jonesing for new music, since all of the top six entries on the album chart are debuts. The Dave Mathew's Band's "Away From the World" becomes their sixth straight studio album to debut at the top of the chart. (Whoa.) Rounding out the top six are: Little Big Town at #2, Bob Dylan's "Tempest" at #3, Avett Brothers at #4 and ZZ Top's "La Futura."
