But if the Point Blank strikes your fancy à la carte, the barmen will be happy to whip you up a one-off, easy-to-drink tipple that marries subtly spicy Chivas Regal 12-year-old with dry vermouth, not-too-sweet St-Germain elderflower liqueur and bright lemon bitters.
