Now that Serge Becker's West Village Jamaican diner Miss Lily's has pretty much got all things jerk-flavored down pat, they're branching out into the publishing world. Their first book, available today, features a collection of classic Jamaican dancehall signs amassed by filmmaker Maxine Walters over a 12-year-period. The signs, which are illegal in Jamaica and usually nailed to poles and trees on the sly, promote local reggae parties and their vibrant lettering will appeal to any fan of sign painting. Check out a few images from the book below and stop by the corresponding exhibition of Walters' collection at Miss Lily's Variety, up today through October 24th.
